SizeHarbor is operated by Klientship Technologies Pvt Ltd. This page explains how the app handles information when merchants create size charts and shoppers use size guides.
Information the app uses
We store the merchant’s shop domain, size charts, chart versions, measurement content, fit quiz configuration, and product assignment rules. Shopify authentication records include access tokens and may include the signed-in merchant or staff member’s name, email, user ID, and account permissions. These records let the app authenticate requests and manage the merchant’s charts.
The app reads product and collection information to assign charts and writes app-owned product metafields to display the appropriate chart. It does not request customer or order access.
Shopper measurements
Fit quiz answers are processed in the shopper’s browser. The app does not send those answers to its server or store customer measurement histories. Published charts and quiz rules are available to shoppers on the merchant’s storefront.
Hosting and third parties
Shopify and our hosting infrastructure process requests needed to operate the app. Technical request information may include IP addresses, browser information, and error logs. Merchant-supplied image URLs load from their respective image providers, which receive the browser requests. Avoid including personal information in chart content or image URLs.
Retention and deletion
App data is retained while the app is installed. When Shopify delivers an uninstall or shop-redaction webhook, the app deletes the shop’s charts, configurations, assignments, and authentication records from its active database. Backup copies expire according to the configured retention period, currently up to 30 days. Merchants can export charts or delete individual charts from the app.
